What I collect and why

  • Enquiries: your name, contact details and message, so I can reply. (Legal reason: my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.)

  • Clients: your contact details, intake forms, session notes and payment records, so I can provide coaching and mentoring and keep accurate records. (Legal reasons: to carry out our agreement, and to meet tax obligations.)

  • Health information: if you choose to share details such as an ADHD diagnosis, I record only what’s relevant to our work, with your explicit consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

  • Website visits: cookies help the site work and show me how it’s used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner.

I never sell your information or send marketing emails without your permission.

Who I share it with
Only trusted services that help me run my practice: website hosting (Squarespace), client records and bookings (Cliniko), payments (Stripe), video calls (Zoom) and email (Google). Some of them store data outside the UK, using legally approved safeguards.

How long I keep it
Enquiries for up to [12 months]. Client and financial records for [6 years] after our work ends, then they’re securely deleted.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how it’s used, or withdraw consent. Email me and I’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
